SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar SB 77-LIABILITY RELATING TO                                                                     
FIREARMS.  SENATOR ELLIS objected to ask what the Alaska Municipal                                                              
League's (AML) position is on this measure.  CHAIRMAN KELLY stated                                                              
if the bill is approved for calendaring, he would provide the AML's                                                             
position before the bill is scheduled for a floor vote.  The motion                                                             
to calendar SB 77 carried with Senators Leman, Miller, Pearce, and                                                              
Kelly voting "yea," and Senator Ellis voting "nay."
